I also had some BP meds once that gave me very bad nights.

So... are you on any new prescription drugs? In the false awakening you think you've woken up, usually in the exact same place where you went to sleep with all the details reproduced much more faithfully than they usually are. However, this false awakening is usually accompanied by a very unsettling feeling that something is kind of "off" (when you look back on the dream you may even notice that the lighting and certain details are a bit aschew; your home but yet it looks and feels just a little...different.) From there the dream usually spins out of control or takes a shocking and sudden turn, the classic waking-with-a-gasp type of dream.Bryan Whitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01607046468663026271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4258057679042810816.post-34485874507071107292012-02-15T18:20:52.740-06:002012-02-15T18:20:52.740-06:00I would never think of any part of your life as a ...I would never think of any part of your life as a failure. Maybe because you do have things under control your dreams are expressing the anxiety you might feel if things were not in control and completely out of your hands. What if land, even in dreams, is a terrible place to go. Of course I am not an expert and I enjoy way too many macabre movies, stories, etc. Maybe you should read a couple of Eat, Pray, Love books and watch romantic comedies that make our hearts go squishy to even things out. NAH! That just wouldn't be you. ;)badjojo224https://www.blogger.com/profile/06464632728443852438noreply@blogger.com
